Loss and Healing provides both in-person therapy and online therapy from the comfort of your homes. Online sessions take place on a HIPPA compliant platform. It is best to be in a safe and secure location when having sessions to protect your own confidentiality. I want to advise that driving and doing therapy sessions is not the safest route to take. You attention is important for both so please be parked if you find it necessary to have a session in your vehicle.

Typically, it is recommended but not mandatory to come in each week for the first month to build rapport and feel comfortable in the space provided for you. Depending on your needs after, you can schedule as you see fit in your schedule and life.

To get started, you can schedule a 10–15-minute free phone consultation. This is a good way to understand why you are seeking therapy and if both parties are a good fit.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations less than 24 hours’ notice and no-show appointments will be subject to late fees. You can view your cancellation fee agreement in your therapy consent forms that were signed in the beginning of services.

Fees for a normal therapy session are as follows: $210 per session

One hour for therapy is between 45-55 minutes. Group sessions will vary on pricing and length of time.
